Hi, my name is Joey and I live in America. I suppose there is a lot to say about me, but I'll let you figure it out from my blogs.

Specifics

I go to college at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, doing Information Technology and Informatics. I work as a Community Service Officer for the University, which entails event security and so forth.

I want to go into law enforcement. It is not really something I have wanted since I was a child, or some sob story on how my father was a cop and died in service. The reason is more simple, I want to help people while having something interesting as a job. Every day is different and you're tackling difficult things where your brain never shuts up. That is how my brain operates and I think it would go well with my career.

There are so many things I am interested in and it reflects on the stuff I write here. To sum it up I think it is appropriate to say I love technology, I self-hosted this blog page using Ghost. I also love complex topics like religion, geopolitics, and weather. I suppose I play games but it is not something I will talk about all the time, like if it is with friends I will play anything, since that is the point of gaming... but either way, it is not something super important. Music is another interest of mine, nothing serious, but if anyone is curious my Spotify account is linked here.

Why this site?

I made this site because I am sick of being in bed, trying to sleep, and there are so many thoughts circulating in my mind making it SO hard to sleep. I needed a place to channel all of my stupid ideas, hence the name: Waves. When ideas come fl0wing into my head, I want a place to display my thought process to the world.

Additionally, as I grow older, I need a place to display technical ideas for jobs I want in the future, hence I plan on having tutorials here and documentation how I did some odd projects, which trust me, I have plenty of stupid projects.
